Project Associate / Research Associate

Conduct technical assessments- including qualitative/quantitative data analysis- field surveys- and impact assessments.
Undertake projects on sustainable fisheries- aquaculture- water use efficiency- and conservation- including policy and regulatory aspects. Use relevant instrumentation (flow meters- water quality testing- etc.) and analyze field data for reports- briefs- and publications. Plan and conduct training programmes at district and state levels- engaging Fisheries Departments- KVKs- colleges- NGOs- industry- and government agencies. Mobilize fish farmers and local communities- coordinate stakeholder engagements- and address field-level operational challenges. Contribute to proposal writing- project development- and business generation. Desirable Requirements - Certification in Aquaculture- Ornamental Fisheries- Fish Breeding- Hatchery Management- or related areas. - Field-level experience in data collection- training- and stakeholder engagement.

• Knowledge of state agencies and institutions in the water and fisheries sectors.
