Project Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing project briefs for Master Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape, Interior Design, and Related Engineering Services. Additionally, you will prepare Digital Architectural Sketches, Drawings, Diagrams, Design & Detail Drawings, and coordinate with Consultants for Engineering Details. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare project briefs for various design services - Create Digital Architectural Sketches, Drawings, Diagrams, Design & Detail Drawings - Coordinate with Consultants for Engineering Details - Utilize technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, Google SketchUp, and MS Office Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architect - Maintain exceptional work ethic and uphold company values - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Company Details: The company requires a minimum employment commitment of 24 months from the date of joining.
