Project Architect - Planning & Design

As a Project Architect - Planning & Design at Poetry Designs, you will play a crucial role in leading projects from inception to completion. This full-time position, based in Bengaluru, requires expertise in submittals, architecture, project management, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and ensuring the overall success of the projects. Your responsibilities will include architectural floor planning and designing, with a focus on creating unique living spaces. You will also be involved in residential villa planning, construction, and interior design, making you a key player in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of the projects. Leading a team and conducting client meetings will be essential aspects of your role, where your proficiency in project management will be put to the test. As the main point of contact for technical issues, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and timely delivery of projects. Your creative and critical thinking skills will be vital in problem-solving and ensuring attention to detail in all project phases. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment, coupled with strong leadership skills, will be instrumental in managing the projects efficiently. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or possess equivalent experience, with 2-3 years of related experience. Freshers with exceptional talent will also be considered. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Google SketchUP, V-ray, and Enscape is required, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and technical expertise in design and construction. Exposure to AI design and planning tools will be an added advantage, showcasing your adaptability to emerging technologies in the field.,
