Project Architect-Udaipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for architectural projects, from concept to detailed design.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation for approvals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design execution and resolve technical issues.
• Liaise with clients for design presentations, approvals, and feedback.
• Supervise junior architects and design team members.
• Maintain project quality and ensure alignment with firm’s design standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, check for design adherence, and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Manage design presentations, design reviews, and documentation for tender and execution stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution

2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with proven exposure

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (airports, railway stations, or institutional developments).
• Awareness of sustainable design practices and green building standards.
• Passion for innovation and problem-solving in design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, and other visualization/BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction techniques.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring design quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
