We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Liaisoning Executive to manage and facilitate approvals and compliance with various government and regulatory bodies for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of municipal laws, RERA regulations, and real estate approval processes. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with government departments including RERA, GHMC/municipal corporations, HMDA/DTCP, Fire, Airport Authority, Environment, and Town Planning for project approvals. Ensure timely submission and follow-up of all documentation for project sanctions, NOCs, occupancy/completion certificates, etc. Maintain strong professional relationships with regulatory and municipal officials. Coordinate with architects, legal advisors, and consultants to prepare required documents for approvals. Track status of applications and escalate any delays or bottlenecks to senior management. Ensure full compliance with state and central government real estate regulations. Handle documentation and record-keeping related to government permissions and project files. Stay updated with policy changes and notify the internal team of any regulatory impacts. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Legal/Urban Planning preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in liaisoning in the real estate or infrastructure industry. Good knowledge of RERA, zoning laws, development control regulations, and other statutory requirements.
