Support hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and contribute to onboarding processes for new team members. Promote a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment across global teams. Project & Delivery Oversight Monitor delivery execution across pods/accounts, ensuring visibility and coordination. Guide BSA and Analyst task execution to ensure clarity, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Align Delivery Managers on sprint planning, issue management, and stakeholder communication. Track timelines, manage resource allocation, and report on delivery health metrics. BSA and Delivery Operations Management Implement and maintain frameworks for BSA deliverables, documentation consistency, and requirement traceability. Support Project Analysts in handling documentation, scope tracking, and handoff coordination. Ensure Delivery Managers maintain proper reporting structures, accountability models, and KPIs. Drive consistency through standard operating procedures and execution best practices. Process and Performance Optimization Monitor throughput, documentation standards, and cadence to identify trends and performance gaps. Standardize scalable processes and tools to increase delivery effectiveness across verticals. Address inefficiencies and resolve team collaboration gaps proactively. Partner with Client Services, Product, and Technical leadership to align capabilities and staffing with evolving demand. Strategic Execution and Leadership Collaborate with leadership to define strategic priorities, staffing plans, and performance goals. Provide accurate team availability and delivery capacity projections. Deliver presentations and reports showcasing team impact, delivery health, and process improvements. Champion delivery best practices to maintain trust and alignment with stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: 8-10+ years of experience in technical project or solution delivery, including leadership in client services or consulting. 5+ years managing cross-functional roles such as BSAs, Delivery Managers, or Project Analysts. Solid understanding of delivery governance, client collaboration, sprint methodologies, and team operations. Strong communication skills with a track record of driving operational outcomes in matrixed environments. Experience in martech, data integration, or platform-based delivery environments. Preferred Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Snowflake, SQL, Jira, and Confluence. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) in client delivery use cases. Identifying gaps in the resource allocation for timely elevation and action wherever required. - Ensure availability and understanding of (WMS) work method statement with the execution team and get mock up approved from the client / PMC wherever required. - Guide the team assigned to the work on technicalities involved in the work, workmanship and Quality requirements and how to achieve the same without creating a re-work situation. - Ensure necessary inputs for updating all the reports which are to be generated from project. - Day to day coordination for necessary execution clearances with the internal and external stakeholders. - Support the PM in formulating the liquidation plan to tide over the setbacks. - Attend review meetings at Project site and conference calls with Client and/or PMC as and when required. - Supporting in estimating total requirement of resources (manpower, material, machinery) and ensuring timely indent is entered in the system for timely delivery of the project. - Optimum utilization of resources for safe and economic execution. - Ensuring proper hygiene and housekeeping is maintained at sites at all times. - Monitoring and supporting the hygiene of all common facilities (labor camp, office areas, etc.) to ensure safe & healthy environment. - Regular coordination with the sub-contractors and workers to understand and resolve the challenges being faced by them. - Accountable for providing uninterrupted front to the labor contractors and sub-contractors. - 3. Estimation and Billing - Ensuring for timely evaluation of quantities from all available drawings to plan resources in advance with respective section incharges. - Supporting for timely submission of measurements, documents and all necessary data from respective section incharges. - Submission of all site instruction notes to concerned subordinates. - Ensure timely submission of DDS and evaluate productivity of respective contractors for corrective actions. 4. Quality Assurance and Control - Monitor adherence to the quality plan of the project. - Implementation of quality protocols at site to ensure zero defects. 5.
