We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the security services or manpower outsourcing sector, and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities in private and public sectors (industries, housing societies, banks, hospitals, hotels, events, etc.). Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support decision-making. Represent the company in client meetings, business events, and networking opportunities. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and smooth service delivery.
