Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide expert technical advice. Analyze client requirements and design customized technical solutions. Present and explain fire safety products, including fire alarm systems, detection systems, and suppression systems. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and effective solutions Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations to clients. Respond to technical queries and address any concerns raised by potential customers. Ensure all presales activities are carried out in a professional manner and within the companys standards. Maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term partnerships. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a presales role, preferably in the fire safety or related industry.i A Bachelors degree/ Diploma is required. (B.Tech is a plus). Strong proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge. In-depth understanding of fire alarm systems and related technologies is preferred .
