Job Summary: The Account Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, assisting in statutory compliance, and supporting internal audits. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Operations: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or ERP system. Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions. Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase entries, and journal vouchers. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash/bank balances. Maintain petty cash and employee expense records. Compliance & Reporting: Assist in GST, TDS, PF/ESI filings, and other statutory compliances. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and vouchers. Coordination & Support: Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments for payment follow-ups and clarifications. Assist in preparing documents for vendor onboarding and payment processing. Support cost tracking, budget monitoring, and stock valuation in coordination with the store/production team. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST/TDS regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Accuracy, confidentiality, and time management. Qualifications & Experience: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance. 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company. Female candidates preferred.
