Project Role : Program/Project Management Representativ Project Role Description : Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Must have skills : Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Identify and mitigate risks to project success. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and processes. Additional responsibility:Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Strong understanding of data integration concepts and best practices. Experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions. Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools. Experience with data modeling and database concepts. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle databases. Recommendation:Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL programming languages. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
