In your role at NTT DATA, your key responsibilities will include: - Configuration: Customize and configure SuccessFactors modules to meet functional and compliance requirements, ensuring detailed technical specifications. - Automation: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes, improving operational efficiency. - Test: Prepare and execute test cases, support integration and user acceptance testing, and ensure system reliability through thorough documentation and review processes. - Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, managing project documentation and stakeholder communication. - Innovation: Continuously improve internal methodologies, tools, and processes, explore new technologies and capabilities, and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals. - Perform any other related tasks as required. Your knowledge and attributes should include: - Ability to rapidly form and execute solutions to challenges. - Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional teamwork. - Product-oriented experience for driving business outcomes. - Seasoned technical understanding and problem-solving skills. - Excellent client-centricity and communication skills. - Advanced knowledge of project management principles. - Ability to contribute to the improvement of internal effectiveness and continuous integration and deployment processes. - Seasoned experience with deployment and release management across environments. - Knowledge of Automation tooling and source code repositories. In terms of academic qualifications and certifications, NTT DATA is looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field, along with relevant Agile-related certification preferred. The required experience for this role includes seasoned experience in deploying software solutions in an outsourced or similar IT environment, working in a multi-team environment across multiple geographies, and programming/development experience.
