Role & responsibilities 1. Training Delivery: Conduct in-person, hands-on training on Data Analytics using various Tools, Python Programming, Demonstrate the Use of various data Analytics Tools like, Python, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Google Analytics, AI 2. Practical Skills Development: Ensure students Perform all Lab Practicals and Compete all Courses as Per the Schedule. Evaluate Students Performance based on Self-Paced Course Learning Outcomes & Capstone Project on Learning Outcomes. 3. Managing Students Learning Progress: Master Trainer will Be responsible to track the Learners Progress on Daily/weekly basis. Ensure Active Students Participation in all Activities Expert Session, Webinar, Workshop, Industrial Visit, Volunteer Session. Track Students Learning Journey and Help them to complete All Learning. 4. Curriculum Development & Enhancement: Contribute to the development and refinement of the Learning curriculum to keep pace with the latest industry developments and technologies. Design practical exercises that simulate real-world challenges, helping students apply theoretical concepts. 5. Assessment & Feedback: Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress, ensuring they understand both theoretical knowledge and practical applications of Development Tools. Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other trainers and the program management team to continuously improve the quality of the training. 6. Industry Engagement: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in SAP and Software industries to ensure relevant and up-to-date training delivery. Liaise with industry experts and local businesses to align training content with industry needs and job market requirements. 7. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate training records, including student attendance, progress reports, and assessment results. Report to the program manager on training effectiveness, student engagement, and any challenges faced during training sessions. Preferred candidate profile • Eligibility : B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Electronics/ MCA/ Information Technology or Relevant Domain with preferable experience of 2-4 years in delivering practical training. • Technical Expertise: o Strong knowledge Python Programming, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligent, Power BI, Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud, Machine Learning o Microsoft 365, Communication Skills, Leadership skills. • Training Experience : Previous experience in delivering technical training, preferably in AI/ML or Data Analytics Domain • Communication Skills : Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, practical manner suitable for students. • Adaptability : Willingness to travel (Mandatory) • Certification : SAP Analytics Cloud, Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Any other SAP Technology
