The Junior Maintenance Engineer position at Yeemak Private Limited, Sriperumbudur requires 3-5 years of experience and an educational qualification of DME (Or) BE Mechanical. As a Junior Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical press machines to minimize downtime. This involves troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing machine components such as clutches, brakes, bearings, and drive systems. In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out utility maintenance for compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and other plant equipment. You will also assist in the installation, commissioning, and alignment of press machines, utility systems, and robots. Supporting troubleshooting and basic programming adjustments for industrial robots is also part of the role. Maintaining accurate maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and service reports will be essential. It is crucial to follow safety standards, ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, and adhere to ISO requirements. The position is full-time and permanent, with benefits including provided food and Provident Fund. The work location is in person at Yeemak Private Limited, Sriperumbudur.
