As an HR Change and Enablement professional at Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in driving successful change initiatives within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with the Global Change and Enablement Lead for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to embed change effectively. You will collaborate with Program/Project Managers, Business Analysts, Design Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), HR Communications, and other Change and Enablement team members to achieve program objectives. By understanding the project lifecycle, you will ensure that all stages are managed effectively in terms of user engagement. Your strategic and tactical advice will be instrumental in driving sustainable change initiatives. You will work closely with external vendors, as needed, to deliver project objectives and benefits. Additionally, you will create and implement Engagement & Learning strategies, feeding into the overarching Change and Enablement strategy and plan. A key aspect of your role will involve producing high-quality materials within the Change and Enablement plan to drive user adoption and sustainability of change initiatives. This will include stakeholder identification, tailored end-user engagement strategies, business readiness plans, and consistent messaging across various communication channels. Collaboration with Group HR Communications and People Capability teams will be essential to ensure alignment of key messaging and communication/engagement strategies. Furthermore, you will work with leads from other HR and business projects to manage interdependencies, identify synergies, and coordinate deployment efforts. With 8 to 15 years of experience, this role is based in Bangalore/Chennai with a notice period of 0 to 30 days, and a maximum of 45 days.
