As a Senior Programmatic Strategist at FYND Media, part of the M&C Saatchi Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of new and existing clients" programmatic investments across the APAC market. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute towards achieving the agency's growth strategy by demonstrating expertise and excellence in the programmatic and digital media space. You will work closely with multiple accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional account strategy, direction, and service. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders is essential, as you will act as a trusted programmatic expert, providing valuable insights and guidance to clients. Reporting to the Global Head of Programmatic, you will lead the programmatic strategy and assist in multi-channel agency pitches. Your role will involve client servicing, where you will communicate effectively with agency colleagues, articulate the value of FYND Media's services through data analysis and presentations, and drive business growth by upselling our internal solutions. In terms of new business development, you will lead pitches as the programmatic expert, create collateral to support pitches, and generate case studies to aid the wider Business Development teams. Collaborating with marketing leads, you will also contribute to creating relevant programmatic content to showcase the company's work. To excel in this role, you should have a solid background of 7+ years in programmatic or agency sales/client servicing. Your proactive and innovative approach, combined with a deep understanding of programmatic technologies and industry trends, will be key to meeting client objectives and driving revenue growth. Experience with programmatic Display, Video, Mobile, CTV, Audio, DOOH, and working knowledge of key DSPs and ad servers will be beneficial. Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Strategic Accounts (Video Programmatic & DV 360) Location: Gurgaon or Mumbai - 5 days work from office - local candidates preferred. Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Head of Sales CTC - As per industry standards - hike of 20 - 30% on last drawn ctc depending on profile, experience, skills etc About the Role: We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition with top-tier global brands, focusing on video-based programmatic and DV 360 media solutions . The ideal candidate has a strong client roster, a sharp understanding of the digital ad sales ecosystem, and experience in closing large-scale deals. Key Responsibilities: Drive acquisition of new clients from a list of the Top 50 global brands across target verticals. Pitch and sell DV 360, immersive video, and programmatic media solutions to brand decision-makers/ C-level executives. Leverage your existing client network to accelerate deal velocity and build new relationships. Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client objectives. Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and operations teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery. Track pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs. Represent the company at key industry events, panels, and networking forums. Requirements: 7 to 10 years of experience in digital media sales, with a focus on programmatic video or DV 360 solutions. Strong existing relationships and client-book within global consumer brands and/or media buying agencies. Proven ability to pitch and win business from Alco-Beverage, Gaming, Fashion, Tech, QSR, and FMCG clients. Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of Media buying and digital ad tech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and targeting/data platforms. Familiarity with performance, brand-lift, and viewability metrics in video. Preferred Qualifications: Background in music, entertainment, or content-driven media platforms.
