You will be a dynamic and strategic leader joining our team as Ad Sales Digital, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth through innovative digital advertising solutions, strategic partnerships, and data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive revenue strategies across ad sales, branded content, and partnerships on ZEE5. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to design monetizable solutions and identify new revenue streams to future-proof the business model. Your goal will be to penetrate OTT in existing TV accounts above a minimal revenue threshold and build strong relationships with agencies to acquire new clients year over year. In the realm of Ad Sales, you will innovate advertising products like video ads, programmatic offerings, and native content integrations. Your focus will be on maintaining relationships with advertisers and media agencies to secure premium ad deals and optimizing digital ad inventory for maximum yield and superior campaign delivery. Data-driven decision-making will be crucial, as you will utilize performance analytics to evaluate campaign results and overall ad revenue trends. Leveraging user behavior, audience insights, and platform data will help refine the sales strategy, while continuously experimenting and optimizing channels to improve ROI. As a leader, you will build, lead, and inspire a high-performing revenue team. Setting clear KPIs, managing performance, and fostering a results-driven, collaborative culture will be key. Encouraging innovation and upskilling within the team will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must have a deep understanding of digital ad products and digital sales, with a master's degree in business or a related field. Strong analytical skills, comfort with performance data and dashboards, excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities are essential. You should be able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and have a minimum of 17+ years of experience in sales, with at least 9+ years in the digital space.,
