Responsibilities: Own the entire delivery of assigned projects. Manage multiple projects involving 5-8 member teams. Ensure end-to-end delivery and control Project Delivery Metrics throughout the project lifecycle. Track project requirements and implementation across different phases. Participate in business meetings with Function/Delivery Heads, review contracts, conduct risk analysis and mitigation exercises, and provide updates to Management. Develop Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan, and Project plan. Ensure process and system compliances in the projects. Handle escalation management effectively, whether internal or external. Coach and mentor project team members, offering necessary support. Conduct performance appraisals and counseling for group members. Identify training needs (technical, managerial) and implement required training programs. Ensure project compliance with Newgen Quality Systems and Procedures. Desired Profile: Candidate should hold a B.E/B. Tech. degree in CS/IT/MCA, M. Tech, or equivalent from a reputable institute, with 4-8 years of relevant industry experience across various development projects. Proficiency in SOAP/Rest API, Multithreading, Web Application concepts, Program/Logic writing, and Data structure. Strong experience in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Oracle/SQL. Knowledge of Banking retail loan and MSB is advantageous. Proficient in database concepts such as tables, stored procedures, functions, query writing, primary key, unique key, joins, referential integrity, normalization, and performance tuning. Advanced knowledge of system integration issues and configurable solution design. Ability to gather and analyze data, draw logical conclusions, and understand the company's vision, goals, business operations, and market. Skilled in stakeholder management, coordination, and prioritization of customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent people management skills, capable of handling performance and disciplinary issues, employee complaints and grievances, and recommending staff hiring, termination, and promotion. Proficient in training, mentoring, motivating, and leading a successful team. Knowledgeable in attrition-related issues and case management. Willingness to travel on short term/long term within India/Outside India/Client Site.,
