Job description We are currently seeking a Senior Programming and Scheduling Expert for one of our major projects, which involves constructing India's longest extra-dosed cable-stay bridge, spanning 19.20 kilometers over the Brahmaputra River in the states of Assam and Meghalaya. Required Qualifications: Graduate or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering. Post-Graduation in Construction Management or Certificate Course in Construction Management or Certificate Course in Contract Management or equivalent from a recognized university. Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil works. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Construction Planning/Project Manager in supervision/execution of major bridge projects with a focus on preparing work program schedules. Experience in the construction/supervision/execution of at least two major bridge projects . Key Duties & Responsibilities: Perform specific and moderate portions of broader assignments under the guidance of an experienced engineer. Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures. Work on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests. Propose solutions for new problems using modifications of standard procedures or methods from previous assignments. Identify discrepancies in project results and recommend corrective actions. Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level engineers. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with agreed-upon budgets and schedules with minimal supervision. Independently execute tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works. Demonstrate developmental experience in professional engineering roles.
