Program Manager - SW (Wireless)

As a Software Program Manager at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be responsible for providing program management support and leadership for the planning, development, and delivery of software in the Chipset SW team for Wireless broadband and communication business unit. Your role will involve collaborating with impacting technology areas such as HLOS, BSP, Modem, Connectivity & Multimedia, as well as working with Product Managers, HW engineering, and Business teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving requirements scoping, analysis, and planning across multiple technology teams - Establishing clear Plan of Record commitment and prioritization - Implementing rigorous execution discipline & communication processes for risk management, tracking, and reporting - Developing program indicators to manage program health and quality - Partnering with other functional areas to establish critical processes and streamline development cycles To excel in this role, you must have 8-12 years of experience in Software product development in semiconductor/wireless industry, experience with end-to-end product integration, and understanding of Modem and RF technology. Additionally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and have at least 2 years of Program Management or related work experience.
