Program Manager (Senior Director /Principal) - Pharma & Lifesciences

This is a senior leadership position within the Business Information Management Practice, where you will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy, delivery, and operations of key accounts in BIM. You will work closely with the global executive team, subject matter experts, solution architects, project managers, and client teams to conceptualize, build, and operate Big Data Solutions. Your role will involve communicating with internal management, client sponsors, and senior leaders on project status, risks, solutions, and more. As a Client Delivery Leadership Role, you will be accountable for delivering at least $10 M + revenue using information management solutions such as Big Data, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, GEN AI, Master Data Management System, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions, IT Architecture Consulting, Cloud Platforms (AWS/AZURE), and SaaS/PaaS based solutions. In addition, you will play a crucial Practice and Team Leadership Role, exhibiting qualities like self-driven initiative, customer focus, problem-solving skills, learning agility, ability to handle multiple projects, excellent communication, and leadership skills to coach and mentor staff. As a qualified candidate, you should hold an MBA in Business Management and a Bachelor of Computer Science. You should have 18+ years of prior experience, preferably including at least 5 years in the Pharma Commercial domain, delivering customer-focused information management solutions. Your skills should encompass successful end-to-end DW implementations using technologies like Big Data, Data Management, and BI technologies. Leadership qualities, team management experience, communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of databases, SQL, and reporting solutions are essential. Preferred skills include teamwork, leadership, motivation to learn and grow, ownership, cultural fit, talent management, and capability building/thought leadership.
