As a Program Manager and Scrum Master at INNIQ, a world-leading consumer intelligence company, you will play a crucial role in developing project management processes and practices. Your responsibilities will include interacting with key team members to deliver projects, supporting agile teams through various ceremonies, and ensuring projects align with business objectives. You will guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices, facilitate self-organization, assess team maturity, and assist in decision-making and conflict resolution.
