Program Manager - Java/J2EE and Cloud

As a seasoned Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives focused on enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications deployed on modern hybrid cloud platforms. Your role will involve overseeing end-to-end program delivery, managing multiple project streams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving cloud migration efforts using platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing KPIs, monitoring program health metrics, managing risks and dependencies, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards, and promoting continuous improvement through Agile ceremonies. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field along with 12 to 18 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in program/project management. Your strong technical background in Java/J2EE enterprise application development, Microservice Architecture, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices will be crucial. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are also essential for this position. Holding certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe would be considered a plus.
