[HIDDEN TEXT] Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end administration and governance of employee benefits programs including health, insurance, wellness, and retirement plans. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Lead benefits communication strategy, ensuring employees understand and maximize the value of the programs offered. Support annual benefits renewal, vendor negotiations, and implementation of new benefits initiatives, leveraging data to drive program enhancements. Role requirements 10 years of experience in employee benefits or total rewards, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or specialist capacity. Strong understanding of benefits regulations, plan design, and compliance requirements across relevant geographies. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, analyse program data, and drive process improvements. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
