Salary - As per industry Job Description - Minds Matter Online/It Support To provide all updated lesson Plans so that its put up in an order that is easy to access for the psychologists/ facilitator. IT portal management – Working with the IT team to make sure that the Minds Matter portal stays functional and address any issues faced by the counsellors with the IT team. Managing messages and addressing queries on the Minds Matter What’s App group or any other online platform. Assisting The Marketing Team Looking into enquiries that come in from interested schools and colleges and consistently reaching out to various schools Checking the minds matter email on a regular basis. Accompanying the marketing/sales/collaboration team. Assisting marketing/sales team for the content development of Articles, Brochures, Presentations, Blogs, Webinars etc. Assisting the marketing/sales team for online Social Media presence for Minds Matter. Managing and Supporting Webinars Visiting the Schools during Minds Matter Campaigns / Follow up on campaigns Content Development For Minds Matter Curriculum Lesson plan revision, additions and modification Ongoing sourcing of resources and reading material to assist the MINDS MATTER facilitators and enrich the curriculum Sourcing latest research in the field that supports school based Mental Health programs to add value to the curriculum Monitoring Evaluation & Impact Assessment of the Minds matter curriculum Development of monitoring & evaluation process that measures the effectiveness of the MINDS MATTER curriculum in schools Data collection – creating feedback forms, surveys and compiling qualitative data like testimonials, art work, campaigns, etc. Translating findings into the minds matter curriculum. Content development for the same Mentoring and Correspondence with attached schools needs to be an ongoing process as well.
