The Costing Team at ENNOVI plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of product/part costing and financial reporting related to Production cost accounts. By maintaining key controls over the costing process, the team ensures the accuracy of Part Costing, providing management with insights into Production performance and variances. Collaborating closely with other departments, the Program Controlling team leverages financial and operational data to analyze Parts profitability and improve cost control throughout the program lifecycle. This includes activities such as RFQ costing validation, shopfloor data recording, cost savings project reviews, and mitigation of Production variances. Key responsibilities of the Costing team include monthly activities such as Standard Costing Maintenance in SAP, monthly accounting close and reporting, and semi-annual/annual tasks like Machine and Direct labour rate computations, preparation of annual budgets, and analysis of manufacturing variances. Additionally, the team is involved in New Product Introduction (NPIs), Parts profitability analysis, and Program Cost Controlling to achieve profitability improvement during execution phase. Collaboration with other functions is essential in driving profitability improvement initiatives and addressing manufacturing variances effectively. To qualify for this role, candidates should hold an ICWA/CA degree in business, finance, or accounting, with advanced skills in Excel and other MS Office products. A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in Program controlling or Costing engineering in the automotive manufacturing industry is required, with a strong business acumen and product cost understanding. Effective communication, coordination, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work with all levels of management in a cross-functional environment. Plant experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, and familiarity with reporting in a multiple BU/Segment model is beneficial.
