Role : Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Program Management Educational Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech + MBA - Operations Work Location : Yelahanka / E City - Bangalore Mode : Work from Office Only Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex aerospace programs from inception to completion. Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality to ensure project success. Identify and manage risks and issues to ensure project delivery. Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and policies. Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage program financials, including revenue, cost, and profit. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in program management in the aerospace or defence industry. Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles and practices. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with project management tools and software. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
