Program Associate- sponsor relations

Purpose of the job

The Associate will be responsible for performing all activities for strengthening sponsor

relationships including sponsor communications, social media communication, proposal

creations, conducting of sponsor events, building prospective sponsor list

Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities

• Selected candidate will be required to implement the Each one Teach one strategy of

Vidyadhan.

• He/she will be required to meet potential sponsors (both individual and corporates)

and convert them to sponsors.

• They also need to engage with them on an ongoing basis.

• They have to meet the sponsorship targets for the year.

• Conduct sponsor events

• Social media posting

Education:

Graduate of above

MSW/ MA in Social work.

1. 0-2 years of experience in NGO

sector.

2. Good communication skills in

English, Bangla.

3. Basics in M.S Office
