The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with 15-20 years of experience in industrial products and services on a global scale. They should demonstrate a solid grasp of Product Management processes, tools, and systems, proven leadership skills with experience in managing global teams, strategic thinking, financial acumen, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, effective communication, stakeholder management, a customer-centric mindset, and a focus on delivering superior value.
