You are looking for an MDM Lead / Consultant to join StoneX Financial Services as a permanent employee in Pune. You should have at least 2+ years of experience in the Master data management domain, ideally with exposure to Profisee application. Prior DBA experience would be highly desirable. Additionally, you must possess 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and/or Production Support across large enterprises. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or Software Development in the capital markets / trading industry is required. You should have a strong understanding of Enterprise architecture patterns, Object Oriented & Service Oriented principles, design patterns, and industry best practices. Experience in leading a small to mid technology team is necessary, along with the ability to facilitate discussions and resolve issues across a diverse set of cross-functional business & IT stakeholders. Foundation knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Designing for performance is essential. Proficiency in Python and one object-oriented programming language such as C# or Java is expected. Experience in database technology like MSSQL, Postgres, or MySQL, and one of the key-value and document databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cassandra is required. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work with the business to extract critical concepts and transform them into technical task items. You should be able to work and lead in an Agile methodology environment.,
