We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead / Talent Acquisition Lead with proven experience in BFSI and Investment Banking hiring to manage and mentor a recruitment team in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of recruiters (25 members) Drive end-to-end recruitment across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Investment Banking domains Expertise in profile screening, profile validation, interview coordination, and stakeholder management Develop sourcing strategies for niche Investment Banking roles such as Trade Support, Derivatives, Capital Markets, Risk, Compliance, and Operations Ensure smooth candidate experience and manage the feedback process Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and closures Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and deliver on requirements Requirements Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or lead recruiter role Strong exposure to BFSI and Investment Banking hiring (Trade, Derivatives, Capital Markets, Risk, Compliance, etc.) Hands-on experience in profile validation, screening, interview coordination, and team handling Strong team management and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and ability to deliver under tight timelines What We Offer Opportunity to work on niche BFSI and Investment Banking mandates Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture Competitive salary and benefits package
