As a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist, you will work at the exciting intersection of healthcare and technology, mentored by industry experts, and be part of Indegene's high-speed growth journey. **Must Have:** - 6+ years of experience, with at least 3 years within the Salesforce Ecosystem, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), Agentforce, and Experience Cloud. - Strong knowledge of Salesforces MarTech stack, data modeling, segmentation, profile unification, and automation within SFMC & Data Cloud. - Experience configuring connectors for inbound and outbound data flows in Salesforce Data Cloud & SFMC. - Hands-on experience with APEX, LWC, integration patterns (Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs), and security best practices. - Expertise in designing scalable solutions across Salesforce Clouds for automation and high performance. - Experience leading technical teams in successful CDP & SFMC implementations. **Good to Have:** - Prior experience in Pharma/Life Sciences sectors. - Experience with downstream site analytics engines (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and social media management tools. - Familiarity with integration methodologies, including building custom APIs for CDP-source systems integrations. - Strong knowledge of SQL and Python. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Manage the administration, analysis, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Customer Data Platforms, focusing on Salesforce Data Cloud. - Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for seamless implementations. - Integrate diverse technologies with Salesforce Data Cloud, covering data modeling, architecture, and cross-product data mapping. - Design and implement advanced customizations within Salesforce Data Cloud. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify data gaps and propose effective implementation strategies. - Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for CDPs and integrations with platforms like AWS Pinpoint, Oracle Cloud, and SFMC. - Perform data profiling on marketing datasets, establish data governance frameworks, and standardization protocols. - Manage technical project teams, both onshore and offshore. - Facilitate workshops and engage with clients to assess configuration and coding approaches. - Stay updated with Salesforce's latest innovations and incorporate new features to enhance business operations and customer engagement.,
