Role & responsibilities Conduct detailed route alignment surveys for proposed transmission lines. Prepare topographic surveys, contour maps, and profiles of the terrain. Perform tower spotting considering ROW, accessibility, terrain, and statutory clearances. Operate Total Station, DGPS, GPS, Auto Level, Drone (if applicable) and other survey instruments. Prepare survey drawings, route maps, longitudinal profiles, and cross-sections using AutoCAD / GIS tools. Maintain proper documentation of survey data, drawings, and field notes.
