Key Responsibilities · Program and configure PLCs and HMIs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) based on project requirements. · Test and validate PLC logic using digital/analog I/Os (DIs, DOs, AIs, AOs). · Create and modify electrical panel schematics using AutoCAD. · Integrate PLCs with SCADA systems, VFDs, sensors, actuators, and other field instruments. · Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing). · Coordinate with vendors for panel fabrication, wiring, component sourcing, and assembly. · Provide technical support during on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. · Maintain detailed documentation for control programs, wiring diagrams, and project records. · Ensure electrical and safety compliance as per standards. · Collaborate with design and R&D teams for automation innovation. Role Responsibilities Assist in PLC programming and logic development under the guidance of senior engineers Support the design, testing, and commissioning of automation systems Participate in the development of SCADA/HMI functions for real-time monitoring and control Understand and work with various industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet, etc.) Assist in preparing project documentation, wiring diagrams, and technical reports Support troubleshooting and maintenance of existing control systems Maintain a learning attitude and continuously improve domain knowledge Key Skills Required Basic knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley, etc.) Familiarity with SCADA systems and HMI development Exposure to automation-related programming languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, etc.) Understanding of electrical/control panel design basics Awareness of communication protocols used in industrial automation Good analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and work at project sites, if required Strong communication and team collaboration skills Preferred Attributes Internship or academic project experience in automation/electrical domains Certifications in PLC/SCADA (optional but preferred) Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn Skills: scada,structured text,electrical/control panel design,communication protocols,analytical skills,hmi development,plc programming,industrial automation,ethernet,automation,communication skills,profibus,team collaboration,problem-solving skills,ladder logic,scada systems,industrial communication protocols,modbus
