Lead the Department of Nephrology, overseeing patient care in OPD, IPD, ICU, and dialysis units.
Provide expertise in diagnosis and management of acute and chronic kidney diseases, hypertension, electrolyte disturbances, and glomerular disorders. Perform and supervise advanced nephrology procedures including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and renal biopsies. Collaborate with Urology and Transplant teams for pre- and post-transplant patient management. Teach and mentor postgraduate students, residents, and MBBS students. Conduct lectures, seminars, clinical demonstrations, and academic discussions. Guide research projects, dissertations, and contribute to publications in reputed journals. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH standards, and ethical practices. Participate in CMEs, workshops, and departmental development initiatives.
