Professor / Associate Professor - Medical College

You will be working as a Professor / Associate Professor at a Reputed Medical College in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Provide academic leadership and subject expertise in the respective department. - Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. - Guide students in research, thesis, and clinical practices. - Participate in curriculum development and implementation. - Conduct and promote research, publish in indexed journals. - Supervise and evaluate the performance of junior faculty members and postgraduate students. - Assist in developing and delivering high-quality teaching programs. - Mentor postgraduate students and interns. - Participate in departmental research activities. - Ensure compliance with teaching, examination, and ethical standards set by the NMC. - Contribute to community health outreach programs and clinical training. To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Minimum Education: MBBS and MD/MS in the relevant specialty from a recognized institute. - Professor: Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a recognized medical college, including 3 years as an Associate Professor. - Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized medical college, including 4 years as an Assistant Professor.,
