Professional Video Editor

Job Description:

Rentaroof.in & S. Narang constructions, a real estate group catering to providing luxury property consultation & luxury property constructions, are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our expanding social media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content to enhance our online presence and engage our audience across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for social media posts, advertisements, and marketing materials.

2. Create engaging and dynamic video content, including promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and client testimonials.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for social media campaigns.

4. Edit and enhance existing videos and graphics to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing.

6. Work closely with the content team to ensure timely delivery and alignment of visual assets with content objectives.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of branding guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.

8. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and initiatives.

9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative work.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and editing software.

3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.

4. Excellent video editing skills, including proficiency in video/audio editing, motion graphics, and animation.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas and concepts.

6. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

8. Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or related field is preferred.

9. Prior experience in social media marketing or content creation is a plus.
