As a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technology-focused contracts, specifically targeting the UK market. Your working hours will align with the UK business hours (08:30-17:30 GMT/BST), and you will be working remotely within a quiet and professional environment. You must have previous experience in DC/recruitment within the technology sector. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of working in the UK contract market and be familiar with UK business hours. Remote working experience is a must, along with a reliable Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to a professional setting. Building and maintaining relationships with mid-level to senior candidates is a key aspect of this role. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. You should be comfortable communicating confidently and professionally. A resilient personality is crucial, as you may need to demonstrate persistence when required. Collaboration with the team, especially the sales team, in a remote setting is necessary. It is highly desirable to have experience in finance technology within the banking sector in the UK. Technical expertise in niche roles like Cybersecurity, DevOps/Cloud, Architecture, and Software Engineering is highly valued. Knowledge of IR35 legislations and familiarity with geographic locations in the UK would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess a strong personality, exhibit team-player qualities, and demonstrate a winning attitude. Accountability, the ability to work well under pressure, and a proactive approach to tasks are highly valued traits.
