You will be joining NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, a prominent healthcare system in the UK with a workforce of approximately 40,000 professionals spanning various clinical and non-clinical roles. Our services cater to a population exceeding 1.15 million, extending to 2.2 million when considering regional and national coverage. This is a full-time, permanent role with working hours set from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. As a Team Leader in the Glasgow City HSCPs North East Rehabilitation Service, you will play a crucial role under the guidance of the Service Manager. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in alignment with legal obligations, professional standards, and organizational protocols. The core focus of this managerial position will entail providing daily support and guidance to a diverse team consisting of Allied Health Professionals (AHP), Nursing staff, Pharmacists, Support Workers, and Administrative personnel. Your duties will include upholding superior standards of care for service users and their families by effectively managing and developing your team members. Essential qualifications for this role include being a 1st level registered nurse/AHP with a relevant regulatory body. Strong communication skills and leadership attributes are vital qualities that the ideal candidate should possess. As an independent practitioner with profound knowledge and experience, you will lead the team towards delivering exceptional services to meet the healthcare needs of the community.
