As an Assistant Professor, you will be required to meet the following qualifications and responsibilities: Essential: - Hold a Ph.D. with a minimum of 55% in a Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline. - Demonstrate a consistently good academic record with a First Class (or an equivalent grade) in Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a related management discipline or first class in a two-year full-time PGDM program from an institute accredited by the AICTE / UGC. - Possess a minimum of two years of teaching experience, excluding the time spent on obtaining the research degree. Candidates with teaching experience will be preferred. - Have at least 2 SCI Publications in refereed journals. Desirable: - Show expertise in teaching, research, industrial, and/or professional experience within a reputable organization. - Present papers at conferences, publish research papers, books, or technical reports in referred journals, and have patents filed or obtained. Alternatively, if you are from the industry, the following requirements will be considered essential: Essential: - Maintain a consistently good academic record with a First Class (or equivalent) in Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a related management discipline or first class in a two-year full-time PGDM program from an institute accredited by the AICTE / UGC. - Have a minimum of ten years of professional work experience at the managerial level in the field of Supply Chain/ Production/ Quality Management/ Consulting/ Project Management/ Analytics in the Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.,
