The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of ABSLI life insurance products and ensure all pre and post-sales support and services to customers/clients. You will be expected to generate insurance leads in the branch by leveraging relationships with bank staff/customers and tapping walk-in customers, especially in the case of bancassurance. Additionally, you will act as the servicing and financial consulting officer for bank clients, providing end-to-end support until policy issuance in bancassurance scenarios. Candidates for this position are expected to possess the ability to convince and influence, demonstrate smart professional etiquettes, excel in relationship management, possess strong customer handling skills, be goal-oriented, resilient, and willing to travel within the city.
