As a Staff member in the Manufacturing - Tool Room department, your role will involve the concept preparation and design of Mechanical + ZPS Fixtures as well as Hydraulic + ZPS Fixtures. You will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery according to requirements and needs. Your proficiency in 3D Modeling software and ERP Systems will be crucial for this role. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Process Planning and be able to ensure the timely delivery of Pads for Manufacturing. Establishing Special Tools such as Hardening Coils, Broach Holders, and Collets will also be part of your responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include preparing conceptual layouts for Internal Fixtures using Pro-E Software, developing Fixture Models and Drafting drawings in Pro-E Software, and designing and developing hydraulic Fixtures. You will need to select Hydraulic Elements and accessories from Catalogues and add Drawing Numbers to the inventory for Fixture items. Routing preparations and entering them into the Oracle System, as well as preparing Pad release and follow-up sheets for Manufacturing, will be essential tasks. You will be expected to support Manufacturing and Assembling activities in the Toolroom, create Layouts in Pro-E software for Critical Components and Processes, and conduct prove-outs of Internal Fixtures in the Machine Shop. Additionally, you will be involved in 3D & 2D Plant Layout Modeling and Drafting, designing and developing Special Tools and Work Holdings, and ensuring prompt actions for Fixture Elements that are worn out and need replacements. Supporting activities for Machine shop Fixtures and Accessories, as well as developing NPD Process Improvement activities and Validation, will also be part of your responsibilities. Interaction with the shop for 3C Containers is also expected from you.,
