The role of Product Head within the Listed Derivatives business division of the Investment Bank at Deutsche Bank involves leading the strategic development of the Listed Derivatives Execution and Clearing offering in India. As a Director/VP, you will be responsible for proactively managing people decisions to ensure alignment with organizational imperatives and business strategy. Collaborating with other Deutsche Bank businesses is essential to deliver a holistic offering to clients planning to access India. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing the Indian Execution and Post Execution day-to-day activities, ensuring client reporting appropriateness, continuous education of functional teams, developing value-added solutions for clients, automating execution and post-execution flows, designing client communication strategy, optimizing business funding, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. To excel in this role, you should have an interest and ability to engage with stakeholders across clients" organizations, possess a deep understanding of the regulatory framework for Listed Derivatives in India, and demonstrate a skillset to build and maintain relationships with the target client base. Your experience should include operating in formal and informal environments, navigating complex organizational relationships, and assessing client suitability while identifying risks. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of Product/Project Management experience in a Tier 1 Investment Bank, with expertise in Listed Derivatives. Candidates with relevant product knowledge from Financial Services employers will also be considered.
