As a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) / Associate Product Owner in Marketing Technology with 5-8 years of experience, you will be part of a dynamic team working in the technology industry, focusing on leading Adobe tech areas such as AI and Customer Data Platforms. Your role will involve leveraging your experience in Adobe technology to provide high-impact recommendations, oversee programs, and align with client priorities and leadership. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead business initiatives and contribute to the innovation and strategy of Martech platform initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include generating insights, making recommendations for implementation, measuring critical metrics, and reporting KPIs across Adobe products such as AEP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Journey Optimizer. You will work closely with Technology and Marketing teams to drive CDP-driven use case implementations and business strategies within a multi-partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Develop customer insights and analysis through data insights identification. - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an Agile-first Marketing transformation environment. - Perform executive reporting and analysis of historical data to ensure accuracy and distribution. - Conduct exploratory data analysis combining qualitative assessment and quantitative findings to drive decisions. - Partner with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to define use cases, platform delivery roadmaps, set critical metrics, and build dashboards/reports supporting strategic decisions. - Communicate concise and concrete reports to business collaborators, technology teams, and partners. - Design and automate reporting to enhance understanding of product usage and user journey within Adobe Experience Cloud. - Generate ad-hoc reports to address business questions and support data-driven decision-making. - Utilize multiple data sources to provide insights into the customer journey across products. - Explore innovative methods to identify relevant patterns, trends, and relationships in large data volumes to drive business and product improvements. Key Skills: - 6 to 8 years of experience in technology, product/marketing analytics, and deriving actionable insights. - Experience leading large transformation programs end-to-end in CDP or advanced analytics. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills along with a collaborative team-oriented approach. - Proficient understanding of Customer data, Customer Data Platforms, and B2C journeys. - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and effectively across various organizational levels, transforming data into compelling presentations for leadership review.,
