Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Manager – Fintech Systems, based in Bengaluru.

You will own the design, architecture, and evolution of Lenskart’s financial systems, handling millions of transactions and dollars across countries. Your mission: to build AI- and analytics-powered fintech products that make financial operations smarter, faster, and more scalable — from payments and settlements to fraud detection, financing, and reconciliation.

You will work closely with engineering, data, finance, operations, and leadership teams to create systems that power Lenskart’s rapid global growth with data integrity, automation, and AI intelligence at the core.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end fintech systems roadmap, ensuring scalable, compliant, and intelligent financial infrastructure.

• Design AI- and data-led solutions for payment routing, fraud detection, reconciliation, and financial analytics.

• Build tools and models to automate transaction validation, refund management, and partner settlements across multiple currencies and geographies.

• Collaborate deeply with engineering, finance, data, and operations to ensure real-time accuracy and visibility of money flows across the organization.

• Partner with data teams to develop ML models and anomaly detection systems for financial integrity and operational efficiency.

• Ensure all systems comply with security, audit, and financial regulations across regions (India, SEA, and the Middle East).

• Define clear success metrics and continuously improve product performance using data-driven insights.

• Represent fintech as a strategic platform function, driving intelligence into every financial decision.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or large-scale financial platforms.

• Deep understanding of financial flows, reconciliation systems, and payment gateways (UPI, cards, wallets, BNPL, etc.).

• Strong experience with data analytics, AI/ML applications, and financial automation tools.

• Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction systems handling millions of dollars daily.

• Strong technical collaboration skills; ability to work closely with data science and engineering teams.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with compliance, audit, and cross-border financial operations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
