Department: - Sales & PPC Location:- Savardari,,Chakan,MIDC, Pune Contact - 9356395439 Email - jobpune12@gmail.com Designation: - Senior Executive ( 2 Nos Vacant) Salary: - 4 to 5.5 LPA CTC Perks:- Canteen Yes, Petrol Allowance - Yes Responsibilities: - 1 Getting dispatch plan from CUSTOMER PORTAL HMI /HTL/Lear 2 Daily stock taking & ensure availability of FG as per JIT & JIS sequence. 3 Ensure smooth JIT & JIS Supply for HMI & HTL customer 4 Availability of vehicle as per dispatch plan in Minimum premium freight. 5 Coordinate with other department to ensure smooth functioning of activities. 6 Conducted regular meetings to discuss operational issues and identify areas of improvement. 7. Supervised and monitored performance of dispatch employees which is reporting. 8 Resolved customer complaints promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanour. 9 Addressed customer concerns and employee issues personally by listening and presenting suitable solutions. 10. Prepared work schedules and assigned team members to specific duties. 11 Completed thorough opening, closing, and shift change functions to maintain operational standards each day. 12 Co-ordination with, Managers, Assembly line. Production Dept. Purchase Dept., QA Dept. & Account Dept. 13 Control & co-ordination with sub-contractors for material sent for job work. 14 Getting Productions plan as per Customer schedule. 15 Transportation planning for delivery to Customer. 16 Co-ordination with PPC for maintaining optimized inventory Level at warehouse
