Description We are seeking an experienced Operations Planner to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have 4-9 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate should have a strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and services. The position requires an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams across the organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective operations plans to support business objectives Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency Manage logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of products and services Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 4-9 years of experience in operations planning, logistics, or supply chain management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in using supply chain management software Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in managing vendor and supplier relationships Good knowledge of warehouse management Excellent time management skills
