Production Workforce

Role Overview: As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that operations comply with the company's safety, health, and environmental management regulations. Your daily tasks will involve working in the assembly shop and coil shop, performing product assembly, operating basic equipment, setting up and operating various machines such as the Winding machine, Spot welding machine, Molding machine, and Automatic testing equipment. You will also need to be flexible as the position may require rotating responsibilities and actively participating in continuous improvement events like Kaizen. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations - Perform product assembly and operate basic equipment - Set up and operate various machines in the assembly and coil shop - Participate in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen - Adhere to all quality standards Qualification Required: - Ability to work with minimum supervision - 0-2 years of experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment - Willingness to work on a shift basis - Must be able to lift up to 3 kilograms and distinguish colors - B.E/B.
