Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Production worker to support our manufacturing operations in the lozenge production unit. The role involves handling raw materials, operating equipment, and ensuring smooth flow of the cooking, kneading, rope sizing, and cutting processes under the guidance of supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assist in cooking of the mixture, ensuring proper consistency and uniformity.
Knead the cooked mass on stainless steel (SS) plates using SS rods as per standard procedure.
Carefully transfer the kneaded mass to the rope sizer machine and monitor its functioning.
Oversee the rope cutting stage, ensuring ropes are cut into uniform lozenge pieces and checking for quality/consistency.
Observe and check the entire production process to ensure smooth and continuous operation without interruptions.
Assist in cleaning and maintaining equipment & work area to comply with hygiene and GMP standards.
Follow all safety guidelines and report any irregularities or equipment issues immediately.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
