Strong UNIX/Linux skills with scripting (Shell, Perl, or Python). Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and Oracle databases. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk, Grafana) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA). Familiarity with telecom BSS/OSS domain and billing lifecycle. Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud-hosted BRM environments (OCI, AWS, Azure).
