Technical/Functional Skills: Industry related experience supporting 6-9 Years of supporting technology platforms. 6+ years of Production Support Experience in PRPC 8.x/24.x Experience implementing or supporting Pega in an enterprise environment. Background implementing or supporting Pega in the cloud or similar technology. Familiar with Pega tools like PDC (Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud) and BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange) is an added advantage. Proficiency in delivering business automation solutions on low code platforms such as Pega. 6-9 years of experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process-based applications. Cloud experience, preferably AWS with knowledge of services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS and CloudFormation Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar is an added advantage Experience in working multiple OS (Unix, Linux, Win) Experience in any of the application monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana and Datadog is an added advantage. Provide call support during critical issues. Oversight of the resolution of Production Ticket/Issues. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and practices Strong knowledge in industry best practices on technical and architectural practices Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop effective technical solutions. Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Experienced working in a Full stack environment. Excellent communication, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Relevant project experience of working in complex environments preferred. Exposure to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles. Project experience in working on Agile full-stack teams delivering multiple projects preferred. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration. Experience in Financial industry would be advantageous.
